What is your return policy?

We are confident that you will be satisfied with the quality of any product purchased from us.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase (sizing, color, feel or fit), then you may exchange your item(s) or get a refund. Before returning an item, you must first contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number.  Please return it to the below address with all tags attached and the item is in brand new condition. Please note, if the tags are not attached, the item has been washed or has any strong odors (smoke/cologne), we cannot accept the item back for a return and will return it back to you. Please include a copy of your invoice to avoid any delays in processing your return and should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Any item being returned is the responsibility of the customer, so be sure to get a tracking number from the shipping company/postal service used for the package and insure it for its full value. Failure to contact us to receive an R.A. number or returning an item after 30 days may result in a restocking fee being charged to the customer.

If you are requesting an exchange, please note the item and size you would like for the exchange. If the item is no longer available, we will refund your account.

Refunds will be made for the original purchase price of the merchandise; no refunds will be issued for the original shipping costs associated with your purchase.

What if my item was damaged in shipping?
Unfortunately, sometimes items are damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged item or incorrect item from Figlow of the Game, CONTACT US immediately so we can have a new item shipped to you promptly. It is also important that you keep the original box and packing materials that came with the item, so we may file a claim with the shipping company to have the original item picked up.

When will I receive the item I ordered?
All Figlow of the Game orders are processed promptly and shipped with urgency so you will have your item(s) as soon as possible. Our goal is to ship all orders by the next business day, however most orders ship out the same day. If you need an item expedited, please select Express or Next Day shipping, or contact us so we may help satisfy your urgent time frame.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) and PayPal.

What if I cannot find the item I am looking for?
Figlow of the Game has thousands of sports Figlow items to choose from, but we may not have the exact item you are looking for or may be out of a certain product. If you cannot find something you are looking for, CONTACT US and we will see if we can obtain it from one of our vendors.

Does the information I share on your site remain confidential?
Yes, we use state-of-the-art encryption technology (SSL) to protect your credit card/personal information. Your information is 100% safe when you shop with us.. We do not sell or release your private information to any third parties for any reason. Figlow of the Game does offer to include your email address on our email list, but this is simply to receive special offers and notifications from us in the future. This is 100% voluntary, and will not affect your purchase(s) in any way.

How do you authenticate your autographed memorabilia?
We acquire all of our autographed memorabilia items from paid athlete signings with licensed companies . Each item includes a Certificate of Authenticity, which is 100% guaranteed by Figlow of the Game.
